Psychological Assessment

A psychological evaluation is utilized to see what is happening in a patient’s psychological life that may be inhibiting their ability to flourish. An evaluation usually consists of fan interview and a formal evaluation consisting of norm-referenced measures. Measures are administered and can provide or assist in diagnosis of many issues:

  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Psychological disorders (Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, eating disorders)
  • Personality disorders (Borderline, Obsessive-Compulsive, Dependent, Paranoid Personality Disorder)
  • Bariatric surgery (pre/post surgical assessment)
  • Pre -epilepsy evaluation
